How long does it take for my coffee to ship?

We roast our beans in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days via standard shipping.

What is your return policy on brewing equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused brewing equipment in its original packaging. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee beans.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite blends and save 15% on every order. You have the flexibility to choose your delivery frequency and can cancel or pause at any time.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We partner directly with small-scale farmers and cooperatives to ensure fair wages and sustainable farming practices that protect the local environment.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

If you need to modify your order, please contact our support team within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the roasting or shipping phase, we are unable to make changes.
