At Niche Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if you are not completely satisfied with your equipment or accessories, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for quality and safety reasons, roasted coffee beans cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, filters, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
